The Snaga Vision

This page is for anyone who wants to understand where Snaga is going and why. It describes the company, the product, and the thesis behind it. It is informational only — please read the notice at the end of this page.

The thesis

We believe the unit of AI value isn’t a lone autonomous agent — it’s an agent team: a small group where humans and AI agents are co-executors. Agents plan, build, and verify; you decide and sign. Snaga exists to give anyone a place to stand up an agent team — design it, govern it, and run it — without handing over their data or locking into a single model provider.

The problem

Putting AI to work reliably is still too hard. Teams spend months wiring together model calls, tool integrations, and safety rules — only to end up with fragile pipelines that are difficult to watch and maintain, and a lone agent no one fully trusts. The hard parts — coordination, oversight, governance, keeping data and model choice in the customer's hands — are, in our experience, exactly the parts most tools underinvest in.

Snaga runs agent teams on UARP — the Unified Agent Runtime Platform. One runtime where agents reason, delegate, coordinate in teams, and execute real work, all under human oversight. An agent team runs across three surfaces: the web builder, the iOS app, and Snaga Code on your own machine — one tenancy, one set of agents, one history of jobs.

Snaga runs agent teams on UARP — the Unified Agent Runtime Platform. One runtime where agents reason, delegate, coordinate in teams, and execute real work, all under human oversight. A single An agent team runs across three surfaces: the web builder, the iOS app, and Snaga Code on your own machine — one tenancy, one set of agents, one runs history.

The platform is multi-provider by design, so each task can use a suitable model; on this deployment the configured providers are Ollama and Together AI, both serving GLM-5.3-Flash. Where the keys live depends on where it runs: on a self-host the operator registers the providers and holds the credentials, and on the hosted product the model is platform-managed. Human-in-the-loop controls, audit trails, and governance are built into the runtime rather than bolted on. You can read more in How it works and Capabilities.

Why now

AI agents are an emerging category. The models are capable enough to do real work, but the surrounding layer — coordination, oversight, portability, and governance — is immature. We think the durable opportunity is that layer: the runtime and the operating model (the agent team), not any single model. This is our view of the market, not a prediction of outcomes.

The team

Snaga is built by a distributed team across the United States and Ukraine, combining experience in developer tools, infrastructure, and machine learning. What we believe

Where we are

Snaga is an early-stage company, and the platform is in active development. It is in active use and evolving across its web and iOS apps and Snaga Code, with some surfaces in early or beta availability.
