In short: Use the platform responsibly. Do not build agents that harm people, break the law, or abuse our infrastructure. You are accountable for what your agents do.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of permitted activity on the Snaga platform ("Platform") operated by Gliese LLC. It supplements our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. General Principles
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these rules. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the actions of any Agents you create, configure, or deploy.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Platform to create, store, process, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfakes of real persons;
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups;
- Malware, ransomware, exploit kits, or phishing payloads;
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content designed to deceive recipients about its origin;
- Stolen personal data, credentials, or payment card information;
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
3. Prohibited Agent Behaviors
You must not configure Agents to:
- Impersonate real individuals, organizations, or government entities without authorization;
- Conduct unauthorized surveillance, scraping, or data harvesting in violation of applicable law;
- Make autonomous decisions in high-risk domains (medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial trading, law enforcement) without human oversight;
- Exploit vulnerabilities in third-party systems, perform denial-of-service attacks, or attempt unauthorized access;
- Circumvent safety mechanisms, content filters, or rate limits of LLM providers;
- Generate content that manipulates democratic processes, elections, or public opinion through deception;
- Engage in social scoring, biometric categorization, or real-time remote biometric identification as prohibited by the EU AI Act (Article 5);
- Interact with end users without disclosing that they are communicating with an AI system (EU AI Act, Article 50).
4. Infrastructure and Resource Limits
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or authorization mechanisms;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the Platform's infrastructure for vulnerabilities (unless participating in an authorized bug bounty program);
- Use the Platform to mine cryptocurrency, run unrelated compute workloads, or resell access without permission;
- Interfere with or degrade service for other users through excessive resource consumption.
5. Compliance Obligations
In short: If your agents interact with people or handle personal data, you must follow applicable privacy and AI laws.
If you deploy Agents that interact with end users or process personal data, you must:
- Comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and others);
- Obtain necessary consents or establish a valid legal basis for data processing;
- Conduct a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) where required by GDPR Article 35;
- Comply with the EU AI Act's transparency and human oversight requirements for deployers of AI systems;
- Maintain appropriate audit logs and be prepared to cooperate with regulators.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to security@gliesereum.com. We investigate all reports and may take action including warning, suspension, or termination of accounts.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including:
- Issuing warnings;
- Temporarily suspending access to the Platform;
- Permanently terminating accounts;
- Removing or disabling Agents that violate this AUP;
- Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.
We aim to provide notice before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or the public.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will communicate material changes with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
