Every finding carries a link to its evidence and a date. Findings come as lists, and the graph exports to GEXF or GraphML for your own tools.
Claims, not people
Svitlo studies claims and how they travel. It builds no dossiers on individuals and gives no one a risk score.
Through a profile with a proxy
Svitlo reaches Telegram only through a Quark profile with a proxy in the region you choose; web search goes through the Snaga platform.
Who it is for
Investigative journalists and bloggers, and public bodies under an agreement. A case's material stays until a person deletes the case. Svitlo is part of the Quark test build for Mac with Apple silicon; running an investigation needs the developer role or higher in your workspace.
