Your AI team: what to hand off first
By Pavlo Chabanov — founder of Snaga.
If you run a small company, the work that has to happen — answering customers, writing posts, chasing leads, reconciling numbers — never stops. And it is almost never the work you started the company to do.
Most AI so far has been: here is a chatbot, good luck. That is not a team. A team is made of members who own a job, do it end to end, and check each other — while you stay on the decisions that matter.
That is what Snaga is: a small team of AI agents that do real work in your tools, with you on the approve button. Here is what I would hand off first.
1. Your support inbox
Point an agent at your support email. It answers the common questions, drafts friendly replies in your voice, and flags anything it is unsure about for you to approve. You go from I owe forty replies to I approved forty replies in ten minutes.
2. Content and social
A content agent turns one idea into a week of posts and emails — in your brand voice — and repurposes what already worked. You review, tweak a line, ship.
3. Research that would eat your afternoon
Find the ten best options, summarize the trade-offs, cite sources. A research agent does the reading and hands you a decision-ready summary instead of forty open tabs.
4. The recurring busywork
The 9am what-changed-overnight check. The weekly numbers pull. The follow-up nobody remembers to send. Put it on a schedule and an agent runs it without being asked.
You stay in control
The point is not full autonomy — it is leverage you can trust. Agents propose; you approve the calls that matter: anything that spends money or touches a customer. Every action is logged. Connect the tools you already use — Gmail, Slack, Stripe and more — and nothing leaves your workspace without your say.
Start with one
Do not try to automate everything on day one. Pick the single job you dread most this week and spin up one agent for it. If it saves you an hour, add the next one.
New accounts start with seven days of Pro, free — no credit card. Bring the job you hate most and see what your AI team does with it.
