The Pod is open

Today we are opening the doors to Snaga — an AI Pod in the cloud.

Not another chatbot. Not a dashboard with a text box bolted on. A Pod: a small, self-contained place where you and a team of AI agents work as co-executors. The agents plan, build, and verify. You decide and sign. That division of labour is the whole product.

What a Pod is

Every Pod starts with a Head Agent — the member who leads it. You write to it the way you'd write in a notebook: your words land in pen, the Pod answers in print. Behind that one conversation sits a real team. Agents in your Pod can search the web, read and write files, keep long-term memory, run on a schedule, and call each other when a task needs more than one pair of hands.

When the work gets bigger than one agent, you form a Squad — a working unit of your Pod. Squads have a supervisor, members with roles, and a command canvas where you can see all of it: drag members to arrange them, draw the lines of who delegates to whom, give the whole squad a task — or @-mention one member and only that member answers. If an agent needs your approval for a risky tool call, or has a question only you can answer, it shows up right on the canvas. Pause a member and they truly stop receiving work until you bring them back.

None of this is decoration. Every control on the canvas drives the real configuration the runtime enforces.

What it costs

Your Pod runs on metered tokens with per-model pricing taken from our providers' published rates — no rounding games, no hidden multipliers. Every run records what it consumed and what it cost, per member. You can open any squad answer and see exactly which agent spent which tokens. We think you can't trust a team you can't audit, so we built the audit in.

Why "co-executors"

We don't believe in AI that replaces you, and we're not interested in AI that merely chats with you. The useful shape is in between: agents that take real work — research, drafts, builds, checks — and bring it back signed-off-ready. The Pod gets sharper every loop because your decisions teach it what "done" looks like. You stay the operator. That's not a limitation; it's the design.

Doors and pre-registration

We're opening in waves. The site is live today, and pre-registration is open: leave your email on the sign-in page as usual, and we'll hold your place at the front of the line. The moment your wave opens, you sign in with the same email and walk straight into your Pod — nothing to re-do, nothing lost.

What's next

This journal is called Notes from the Pod, and it will read like one: short, concrete entries about what we shipped, what broke, and what we learned. No release theatre. If you want the dry list, the changelog is always current.
