About the company

Careers at Snaga — the world's first AI-first company

Snaga is a United States company and the world's first AI-first company: you work side by side with superintelligence — the direction the United States has declared for the decade. People and AI agents work as one team here: agents plan and do the work on our own platform, people sign what matters. Remote-first; we hire in the United States, the EU, Ukraine and Japan.

What you will do

The platform finds the raw material every day: Svitlo traces claims across Telegram, records every edit and deletion, and shows who spread what. You make news out of it. You decide what is a story, verify it to the standard of a first-rank international newsroom, write it, and get it published — with our partners among the world's leading outlets and under our own name. The relationships with those outlets, at editor and bureau-chief level, are yours to hold and grow; they are a condition of the role, not a plus. Agents draft, translate and assemble the evidence pack; you judge, write and sign every piece.

Your tools

Svitlo for finding and tracing stories; Quark for research and verification; Snaga AI for drafting agents, the evidence pack and the audit trail of every published piece. All work and training happen on our tools.

How we work

Remote-first, async by default, one weekly review. We train you on our tools in the first weeks; equipment is on us.

What you will do

  • Build news from what Svitlo finds: select, verify, write, publish
  • Hold and grow senior-level relationships with the world's leading outlets; place stories with them
  • Set and keep the verification standard for everything we publish
  • Run the evidence pack for each piece: sources, versions, hash-chained proof
  • Direct the drafting and translation agents; sign every piece

What we expect

  • 6+ years in an international newsroom or investigative outlet, with bylines
  • Existing senior-level relationships with editors at world-leading outlets — required
  • Verification and sourcing to international newsroom standards; Berkeley Protocol familiarity
  • Writing that holds up in English for a global reader
  • Languages: English C1 and Ukrainian — both required
  • You can hand work to an AI agent, check what it did, and sign for the result

Nice to have

  • Awards or recognised investigations
  • Experience with OSINT-driven reporting
  • A second EU or working language

  • Equipment and tooling budget
