Delete your Snaga account
You can delete your account in the Snaga Android app or request account deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall the app to send a request.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject Snaga account deletion. Identify the email address you use to sign in and say that you want your Snaga account and associated personal data deleted.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or API keys.
Delete your account in Android
- Sign in to the Snaga account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete account.
- Read the deletion summary, type DELETE, and confirm only when you are ready. Account deletion cannot be undone.
What account deletion changes
- Your user record is removed from every company associated with that sign-in email, your access keys are revoked, and your authenticated access ends.
- Data linked to your user identity is included in the account erasure process, subject to the retention rules below.
- Deleting a personal account does not delete a company or its workspace. Company records that are not linked to your user identity may remain with the company.
If you are the only owner of a company with other members, ownership must be transferred first. Contact [email protected] if you need help. A legal hold may prevent immediate deletion; you can still submit your request by email.
Knowledge-base documents and workspace files are not removed by the automatic account deletion process. If they contain your personal data, include their names or links in your email so we can review the request and arrange appropriate erasure. You can submit a request even if you no longer have access to those records.
Deleting your personal account does not cancel company subscriptions. If you manage company billing, review your billing arrangements before losing access, or contact [email protected] for help.
Delete personal data and keep your account
Email [email protected] and identify the personal data you want erased. State that you want to keep your account. We may ask you to verify your identity and clarify which records belong to a company.
Data that may be retained
The retention rules in our Privacy Policy continue to apply. These include retained account data for 90 days after deletion, security and compliance audit logs for 12 months, and billing records for legally required periods, typically seven years. Company workspace records remain until they are deleted by the company. Legal holds can extend applicable retention periods.
The Privacy Policy also explains how to exercise your data rights and the response periods for privacy requests. This page explains the request process and does not change that policy.
